Cat yoga classes allow you to enjoy the presence of adorable cats while improving your fitness, mental and physical health.

Whether you’re an experienced yogi or you’ve never done yoga before, you are warmly welcome at our cat yoga class Led by Certified Instructor Kayla Davis

Yoga is good for your health. Playing with cats is fun and good for your health. Doing both together is an unforgettable fun and joyful experience. Yoga helps you find an inner sense of balance and focus. It helps you relax and unwind. What better way than to play with adorable cats from Uno’s Promise, all of whom are available for adoption? We are tickled to host a cat yoga class with our fuzzy feline friends.
