Candlelight Yoga is a gentle flow that invites us to practice slowing down and moving with more awareness, mindfulness, and grace.
Please bring your mat and anything you need to be comfortable - blanket, towel, eye pillow.
Doors will be open at 5:45 am. Please arrive no later than 5:50 to get set up for the class and hear any instructions.
