TAX APPOINTMENTS 
• Intake Appointments - approximately 30 minutes to complete a check-in with an intake specialist to make sure
we have all your tax documents, leave your tax information,
• come back in about 2 weeks to pick it up. We e-file it when you come back to pick it up.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
If you are married filing jointly, both of you will need to come to the appointment to drop off tax documents or have
your taxes prepared.

ITEMS TO BRING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
• Photo IDs for you and your spouse if filing a joint return
• Social security cards for everyone on the return (you. spouse, dependents)
• All your tax documents (W-2s, 1099-Rs, etc.)
• Last years return if you filed your taxes
• Bank account and routing number information for direct deposit
