Abstract art can be almost anything and doesn’t have to be anything in particular. Express yourself or get silly or let your mind wander as you create something abstract in a no-pressure environment.

We’ll start with some exercises to get the creative juices flowing. Then you will get some open-ended direction and time to create, maybe in a way that’s new to you, and with the help of some prompts that will help you let loose your imagination
