The winter season can be challenging on us mentally so make the commitment to allow your physical body, mind and heart to be held within this space of peace and tranquility.
Class will begin with a Qi Gong flow and during the sound meditation you are invited to relax in savasana pose, the final resting pose of yoga. Please bring your own items with you to ensure your comfort including a yoga mat, pillow, blanket or towel.
