The Linn County Master Gardeners will be presenting new topics every Tuesday night from 6:30-7:30 in February.

February 7th: Gardening with Children-Presented by Linn County Master Gardener: Sam Krumbholz  

Do you want to install your love of gardening in your children or grandchildren? Learn tips, techniques, and resources to enhance your experience with kids. Help them
along the path to becoming life-long gardeners

February 14th: Vegetable Garden Drip Irrigation-Presented by Linn County Master Gardener: Emmaly Renshaw

Go on vacation without concern! Join Emmaly to learn about drip irrigation for your home garden. This system is economical, conserves water, limits plant disease
and provides a low maintenance option.

February 21st: Heirloom Veg and Flowers-Presented by Linn County Master Gardener: Maeghan MacDougall

What is an heirloom, anyway? Why does it matter? Are they harder to grow? If I wanted to get started with heirlooms, what are some of the best veg to start with?
How about flowers? Where can I find seed? How can I save seed from heirloom plants?

February 28th: Container Gardening in the Cheap-With Out Breaking the Bank! Presented by Linn County Master Gardener: Linda Hinzman

Short on cash or just want to be a more frugal gardener? This class will give tips and tricks to economize everything from the container, soil and fertilizer to the spectacular plants you’ll grow.
