Join us for a relaxing and energizing yoga experience in the park. This free community program invites participants of all ages and abilities to slow down, stretch, and connect through guided movement and mindfulness in a peaceful outdoor setting. Whether you’re trying yoga for the first time or looking to continue your practice in a welcoming environment, this class offers an accessible and supportive space for everyone.
Bring a yoga mat or towel, water bottle, sunscreen, and comfortable clothing suitable for movement.
Come enjoy fresh air, community connection, and a moment of calm. Registration is encouraged.
